Honest and Factual review: We visited this dealership in November 2023 and unfortunately had a horrible experience. We confirmed the sale price of the car at least twice with the sales associate: once b in November 2023 and unfortunately had a horrible experience. We confirmed the sale price of the car at least twice with the sales associate: once before the appointment, and once while we were there when we were doing the test drive. It was the price posted online. When we sat down and he brought the sales sheet, the price of the car was $1000 higher. We asked why. We were told because we had a great 800+ credit score. We were told that we were being punished for having a great credit score. We were also told that the sale price posted online was for people with bad credit. We were simply amazed, we couldn’t believe it. The sales associate even said that this was disclosed on their website. I read everything in the fine print and found no such language. We were so disappointed, to say the least, so we jumped off the seats and left. I reported my honest feedback to the management. People are tired of sales agents who lie into your face and try to manipulate you. We were simply disgusted. And I was a returning customer! No loyalty, no transparency, no appreciation. More

Everyone was super nice, professional and friendly... and everyone from the beginning of our experience to the end was absolutely wonderful. The employees we encountered during our experience were Karen..... Anthony... Big Mike.... Chris.... Momar... All these folks are super cool, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.... was the drive and the experience worth it... Absolutely... We love our car we purchased and are planning on buying another car from these guys as soon as we get a few months under our belt with this car.... thank you guys.....we look forward to doing business with everyone again in the near future. Great dealership! ! I arrived at Courtesy already knowing that I was going to buy a car they had on their lot. I was greeted by Mohammad and due to the type of car ! Bear got my wife and I to John in Finance and the purchase was completed seamlessly. The most amazing part came afterward. My new car had some issues that needed to be addressed in service. Bear went out of his way to help me and ensure that I was taken care of. Even after the sale, Bear stayed with me. Very cool! In service, Marvin worked with others to get our issues resolved. He was patient, understanding, and always polite. My wife and I live a hour away, but will use Courtesy for all of our service, parts, and new car needs in the future. More

Awful - once you sign and drive off they do not want to hear from you - they forced us to take Lojack ($600) because it was "already installed" one month later the device stopped reporting - no way to kno hear from you - they forced us to take Lojack ($600) because it was "already installed" one month later the device stopped reporting - no way to know that unless you actually go on their app and check - so 10 months later I figure it out and ask A will they fix it and B will they credit me for the time it wasn't working - NO on both requests. the guy that reached out was nice and understanding while he said no LOL More
