I arrived at Courtesy already knowing that I was going to buy a car they had on their lot. I was greeted by Mohammad and due to the type of car I was buying, handed off to Bear. Both were fantastic.
Bear got my wife and I to John in Finance and the purchase was completed seamlessly.
The most amazing part came afterward. My new car had some issues that needed to be addressed in service. Bear went out of his way to help me and ensure that I was taken care of. Even after the sale, Bear stayed with me. Very cool!
In service, Marvin worked with others to get our issues resolved. He was patient, understanding, and always polite.
My wife and I live a hour away, but will use Courtesy for all of our service, parts, and new car needs in the future.

Thanks for reaching back I prefer to not hear anything else back. I drove to 2 hrs to see a truck I made an appointment for and I would’ve appreciated a call back that it sold before I drove up there and I checked to see if you anything else and all you had was over priced trucks and low selection.

with them purchasing a new vehicle first car I purchase they told me I had financing I kept it for 5 days and then they told me they didn't have fina
with them purchasing a new vehicle first car I purchase they told me I had financing I kept it for 5 days and then they told me they didn't have financing so then they put me in another car for another 5 days that I had it and they assured me I had financing, so after that I went and I canceled the warranty policy on the car I traded in well low and behold they didn't have financing and they never did have financing for me so I had to bring the other car back and take back my old car. Now I have no warranty on it these people are horrible and you should not do business with them. Do not do business with these people.

I am sorry that you feel we lied to you. There was no malicious intent on our part as we would like nothing more than to gain the banks approval and have you driving happily in the car of your choice. We are not the bank and we do not approve a loan but we do work hard with the banks to get you an approval. If you would like to come in and discuss this further we will be happy to assist in any way we can. We realize that there are no warranties or warranty claims that would be approved owning a car with a salvage title.

Well it's nice that you responded but the problem is I still have no extended warranty on my car because it is a branded vehicle and I can no longer get an extended warranty for the vehicle so what am I supposed to do you guys lied to me about having Finance on the second car they assured me that the financing was already approved otherwise I never would have cancel that warranty policy.

Just wanted to thank Mohamed and all the team at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for doing such a great job Mohamed found the truck I need according to my specifications and made the deal go thru excellent customer service
