Before I even stepped foot into the dealership, I spoke with Jano over the phone to tell her what I was looking for and to to see if it was even in the realm of possibility. Right then and there, yes, over the phone, boom — she made it happen and the deal was done! Really?!!! Fast, easy, no haggling, no BS. I came away feeling great! You rock Jano! Then it continued.
