Service advisors do the best they can to be honest but there is absolutely no way they can earn a living and be honest working for Herb Chambers. For whoever is reading this, make sure you actually get th there is absolutely no way they can earn a living and be honest working for Herb Chambers. For whoever is reading this, make sure you actually get the service you pay for. I have, on more than one occasion, had to return for a follow up because the service I paid for was incomplete or not done at all! After over-paying for services *and* having to waste more time and energy to get the service I paid for, I gave up, asked friends and was given recommendations for a VERY honest mechanic in the area and I have never been happier. I rated the finance department 1 star because I asked, and asked, and asked for a quote on extended warranty and couldn't even get a reply to an email (even after a manager asked them to write to me!). More
