I especially appreciated HC policy on test drives for the rather pricey car I purchased. With Steven, I showed up and he took me out for a test drive. I had inquired at another dealer about a test drive and I was asked "20 questions" on whether I was serious about a purchase and got so annoyed I passed on the drive. More
