Hands down best buying experience I’ve ever had. Octavio was so kind and helpful. He was down to earth and I never felt like I was pressured into anything. Momo and Carlos were so sweet. I had worked all day and they were so aware of how tired I was. Even my 3 year old that was running around, they engaged with him and there was no judgement. Everyone was so friendly and would smile at my son, even though I know it was a lot having him run around. Octavio was chatting with us with we did the papers and it was all real conversation, about life and kids. I genuinely enjoyed talking with him, he’s so interesting! Im not a huge fan of dealerships to buy cars due to the salespeople being pushy and not listening but Jordan did exactly what I needed. My previous car was massive to fix and broke down. I use my car for m salespeople being pushy and not listening but Jordan did exactly what I needed. My previous car was massive to fix and broke down. I use my car for my job so obviously this was not a good day for me but Jordan saved the day. He was respectful, took it easy with me and got the right answers i needed. Im not well off and money is a big stressor for me but Jordan really eased my concerns and we found the perfect car for me that will now last a good while. I’d buy from him any other day. I worked with her when I was looking for a car in September 2022. She was easy to work with then and this time as well. I only wanted to work with her because of the positive experience I had in 2022. She is great at what she does, no pressure, and she wants to make sure I have all the information to be able to make my decision. I brought my car in for service on Dec 29th and was hoping to be able to find a replacement for it and I did with Lina’s help. I contacted Lina after I made my appt for service appt. She replied right away and she said we could meet while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. She said she had a couple of cars for me to look at. She was ready and prepared for my visit. Just another positive attribute of Lina. She’s great, what else can I say. The gentleman who helped with all the paperwork was efficient, friendly, helpful, kind and fast. He made it all painless and stress free. He was awesome. Gladstone Toyota is great place to go when you’re looking for a car. More
