I was told the job on my car would take 3 to 4 hours. It took 6 hours. When the job was done, I waited 20 minutes in the heat for my car to be delivered to me. That employee was extremely rude. Sales is fine but techniques are shady. Started getting messages about buying a new minivan when ours went into their shop for a check engine light. Not good timing as far as building trust with the customer. Service left us in the dark for a week regarding our 2019 Sienna minivan. It drove fine but just got a check engine light on. We were declined a loaner until they figured out the problem and verified warranty coverage. We were told we could pay to rent a car from their dealership but no complimentary loaner as we were on a ‘waitlist.’ I opted to call the loaner/rental dept myself. They said there was no waitlist and 2 cars ( a sienna and a Corolla) were immediately available. Service manager and advisor did not apologize for the blatant lie. I would not purchase from here again. Have purchased 2 Toyotas in the past from here. More
