This review is a bit dated as we worked with Monica about a year ago. She was excellent to work with, even though we did not buy from Tucson Subaru. I expect to seek out Monica when the time comes for our next Subaru. We were looking to trade our near-perfect 2017 Outback for a 2020 Outback XT. At the time Tucson Subaru had in stock a normally-asperated Outback Limited in the interior/exterior colors my wife wanted, and an Outback XT in interior/exterior colors my wife did not want. Given COVID-19, the exact Outback XT we wanted was not expected to be available for quite some time. We did not purchase an Outback XT at that tine, despite Monica unsuccessfully going above and beyond to get us what we wanted. More

I worked with Monica who went above and beyond to find a solution for my travel arangements while we waited for a part to come in later than hoped due to covid delays.
