I had a wonderful experience at this auto repair shop. The staff were friendly and professional, explaining in detail what needed to be repaired. An absolute horrible experience wish I could give zero stars… basically I brought my car in the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend for my Lexus UX 15K service which was almost $200 bucks and issues with a t stars… basically I brought my car in the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend for my Lexus UX 15K service which was almost $200 bucks and issues with a tire… they replaced the tire and yet the next day my tire was flat the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend… I’ve been calling to try to get help and nobody has returned my car… very disappointing experience More

Great dealership to do business with. However, my recent Oil change in front brake service, which was scheduled for 9 AM took an extraordinary amount of time. They asked what time I needed the car back for and I told them 2 PM and the vehicle was not ready until 3:25 PM which made me late for an appointment. first time that has ever occurred with them, this will not deter me from doing business with them as they are a great dealership. More
