Another positive service expereince at Gunn Honda.. Recently experienced another positive service episode at Gunn. This was follwed by a appointment for the service which was setup to meet my unusual schedule and personal needs. Monica kept me informed and up to date on each step of the process. She even ensured I had a vehicel to drive while my multiple issues were addressed. when indicated, she coordinated with other expert Honda service managers to double check my issues and provide the reassurance I needed.
