Smoothest car purchase ever I had seen a used BMW convertible on line over the Thanksgiving weekend. I called Monday morning. A young lady named Debra from the internet departme I had seen a used BMW convertible on line over the Thanksgiving weekend. I called Monday morning. A young lady named Debra from the internet department spoke to me first. She said she would see if the car was still available and call me back, which she promptly did. She set up an 11:300 appointment for me to see the car. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul Lutz, a bright young salesman who quickly showed us the car, Paul was very genuine and honest, he took me on a test drive, and guided me through a very easy and fair purchase process. I was given beverages while the car was prepared, washed again and filled with gas. I was taken to a lovely young woman named Morgan in the finance department to sign and pay. This was so easy.I just had to write a review. More

Instead of relying on a local dealership to find our car, we decided to deal directly with Fort Myers Jaguar even though it is far from our home. I am glad we did. Fort Myers Jaguar earned out business and exceeded our expectations. Jaguar Fort Myers jumped through several hoops and we got the exact car we wanted at a price the other dealers would not offer. I know how to get a good price when buying a car but in this case there was no haggling because there was no need. The car is great and the deal was a winner. It was well worth the drive and when we are in the market again they will be our first and only choice. The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with in every way. I highly recommend them. More
