Surprised experience After almost 16 years driving a Lexus and having planned on getting another SUV of the same model but new, my son told me that Jaguar just came out wi After almost 16 years driving a Lexus and having planned on getting another SUV of the same model but new, my son told me that Jaguar just came out with an SUV and I really should go go down and test drive it before I do that. So under his persuasion, we went there. We were quickly met by a ProductSpecialist, Simon Wade. Simon instantly displayed his honesty, by noting that they all make a good quality SUV now...but if you want an SUV that drives like a sports car, the F-Pace is your car....and once we test drove it, he proved that was true. I ended up buying the car ... Tough decisions of color, but couldn't really go wrong. Buying this car made driving 'fun' again. Simon seemed to really know a lot about cars. He is extremely personable, has a great sense of humor and is very charismatic with a great British accent. He took time with us, showed us all around the departments. Morgan Kin, the Business Manager, was warm, friendly, efficient in processing our paperwork. She also went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Each of the team members we spoke with were extremely friendly gave us a great feeling. I am looking forward to a wonderful relationship...and so far service has been excellent! More
