She took the time to listen to both my husband and me, asking questions to help us identify the perfect vehicle for our family. She was able to provide us with detailed information about the vehicle's features and benefits. Diana was very patient with us. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to find a vehicle that suited our family's needs perfectly. She truly is amazing at what she does, and we greatly appreciate her support and guidance. I was finishing up a phone call outside the dealership. Ezequias spotted me, came outside and introduced himself and right from the beginning all the way to the end, the service was absolutely fantastic. T Ezequias spotted me, came outside and introduced himself and right from the beginning all the way to the end, the service was absolutely fantastic. The test drive, explaining the features, available models and colors…the entire service experience was top-notch in every way. From being greeted by Ezequias and other sales people in the shop to Sales Manager Oscar to Finance Manager Mykeal, was just absolutely amazing. I would gladly and whole heartedly recommend Ezequias and City World Hyundai to anyone without any hesitation! More
