I have been a customer since 2019, i have written great reviews for the salesmen and they are posted in Google and I don’t like to put a negative review, but the place culture unfortunately changed , i did reviews for the salesmen and they are posted in Google and I don’t like to put a negative review, but the place culture unfortunately changed , i did buy my car that i leased 3 years ago , one reason was u don’t get welcomed navigating the cars on display unless u show u are a buyer Today , so i chose to buy the same , with buying 2 years extended warranty with 3 years service plans , i asked for any discount for buying everything u can offer and i was told, actually we are giving u the car with the original price and we dont even like selling it that price, so u are getting a good deal , i really think i would have done better doing everything online and bought the car directly from Mercedes website, BUT i can tell u that u still have amazing people there ,our service man Scott Bateman has been AMAZING through out the years we dealt with him , and if it was that guy in sales I would buy ur most expensive car on display, i congratulate the guys who sold me the car for achieving the full profit but lost a customer who will not gonna recommend this place for friends, congrats More
