Service has been very good.
I had the oil/filter changed, alignment, tires rotated and all completed within an hour and half while waiting.

Service is quite slow and communication / realistic ETAs
in short supply. Being told it should take about an hour, and then waiting 2.5 hours, is frustrating, especially when there are no updates
