One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Brand new Jeep, under 2 years old with a full factory warranty stopped working. Sat there waiting to be diagnosed for 45 days. No loaner was provided Brand new Jeep, under 2 years old with a full factory warranty stopped working. Sat there waiting to be diagnosed for 45 days. No loaner was provided. Was told loaner would be provided after diagnosis and only for a week. Communication from dealership was poor, given sporadic updates and timelines that were not correct. When Jeep was finally diagnosed it was repaired within a day. I then asked for the vehicle to be detailed and thought they might just throw it because of all the trouble, of course they did not and charged me for it. We went yesterday and traded in that jeep for a new vehicle at a different dealership. Won’t be back, don’t buy from here. More

Back logged. I was told diagnostic would take 2-3 weeks and the last time I came back I was told they always said 30 days. No loaners nor car rentals available. Not sure how long it will take them to fix after diagnostic test. More
