Pleased Rusnak Customer I purchased my new Volvo Feb of last year leaving extremely happy with my vehicle and the deal itself. Staff and management were great. First time bac I purchased my new Volvo Feb of last year leaving extremely happy with my vehicle and the deal itself. Staff and management were great. First time back to service my Volvo and I was just as impressed with the experience. The finance manager, Brandi, that helped me purchase my vehicle recommended a service advisor at the time and the customer service was stellar and seamless. Everything was done according to plan and the appointment and times discussed were all honored. The one thing that I wasn't too thrilled with is that I payed for a tire rotation and one of the Volvo logo valve screw caps was gone upon return. Must have fallen off or gotten misplaced. Its not THAT huge of a deal but now one valve cap is missing. More

He listened to my concerns and made sure that Na'eem Adams, Rusnak Volvo service advisor, has consistently provided excellent service over the years. He listened to my concerns and made sure that they are fully addressed.. Not only did they quickly find the issue behind the Check Engine light but also ascertained and repaired the failing reverse camera that was failing. I purchased my car from Rusnak Volvo. I have taken it there for all the required servicing and repairs over the past nine years. They do an outstanding job. More

Na'eem Adams is the reason I choose Rusnak Volvo I'm a two time Rusnak customer and have serviced three Volvos are Rusnak. The reason I keep returning is because of Na'eem. Whenever I come in, I feel I'm a two time Rusnak customer and have serviced three Volvos are Rusnak. The reason I keep returning is because of Na'eem. Whenever I come in, I feel like Na'eem has my back and I am in good hands. He's professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He promptly calls me to let me know the status of the repair/service and explains any issues such that I understand what needs to be done and why. I would also like to take a moment to share my experience with the other service staff. The wonderful woman who seems to always be there when I bring in my car is so kind and attentive. I feel bad I don't know her name! She's the best! Recently there have been two younger men (I believe usually wearing service uniforms ) that have helped with loaner cars and checking me in when Na'eem is busy with another customer.
