Our sales rep, Nicholas Roberts, was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We were there on the Sunday of football playoffs at the end of the game and the remaining workers were watching game and helpful, and professional. We were there on the Sunday of football playoffs at the end of the game and the remaining workers were watching game and cheering (very inconsiderate) while Nicholas was working on our paperwork and talking on the phone with the insurance man with us. The finance person, Carlos, seemed rushed - he actually asked to leave the office and gave the final paperwork to Nicholas to give to us without going over it with us. We called Nicholas the next morning and said we would be returning as we had questions. Nicholas said to come after noon and he would be sure things were ready. Nicholas met us when we arrived and took us to Nacar Menouni, Finance Director, who was very helpful and professional. He answered all our questions. Thanks again to Nicholas for making sure we were a satisfied customer. More

I wanted to share my FANTASTIC experience that I had at Elder Ford. I was looking for a specific color and the only dealerships that had it was Elder Ford and Brandon Ford. I first went to Brandon since it was closer and they wouldn’t even give me the time of day, but as soon as I walked in to elder I could tell it was going to be a much better experience. I worked with Ricardo, and it was truly a pleasure. He was extremely friendly and helped me through the entire process. I truly feel that got the best deal on the perfect truck and could not be happier. Unlike other dealerships Elder adds spray in bed liners, window tint, and all weather mats, so I definitely feel that I got a much better truck compared to the trucks at other dealerships. When it came time for financing I worked with Nacer, who was extremely friendly and made the process quick and painless. He helped explain everything and was happy to answer any questions that I had. Once I took delivery of the truck, Emma kindly went through all the different features, set up Ford Pass on my phone, and put in the all weather mats for me. Overall I HIGHLY recommend going to Elder Ford if you are in the market for a vehicle. I don’t buy cars very often, but I can truly say that Elder Ford was without a doubt the best and nicest dealership that I have ever been to! I was able to get the exact truck I wanted at the absolute best price in Florida! 10/10 recommend!!! More

My fiancé & I went in this morning to cancel some things that he had on his previous vehicle and upon siting down with the gentleman in the photo we were extremely disrespected. I was cursed at and I had hi that he had on his previous vehicle and upon siting down with the gentleman in the photo we were extremely disrespected. I was cursed at and I had his business card SNATCHED out of my hand! My fiancé then had the paperwork he was filling out on the mans desk SNATCHED out of his hands while I was leaving the office because of how upset I was about the card being snatched from mine. I am unsure what happened to this man or what his deal was but I would stay far away. Today was his lucky day....... God was on my side when I tell you that the I saw red. We then spoke to the general manager who said he is going to review the video footage of the incident but all I have to say is, as long as this man is working for Elder Ford STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I am disgusted and in utter shock from what just happened. He is extremely lucky I choose not to press charges & that my fiancé, a pasco county deputy decided to stay calm when he got cut by the paper that was snatched out of his possession. More
