They snuck a warranty and lifetime oil change in when I was told I had a year of oil changes for buying from them and now I can’t get any straight answers from them and the manager Nacr stopped responding was told I had a year of oil changes for buying from them and now I can’t get any straight answers from them and the manager Nacr stopped responding and only calls when I’m busy. I’m not pleased at all and nothing has been done to appease me. I’ve had to do all the calling and almost had to do all the work to get this straitened out and honestly I’d like some compensation for this. Because at this point everyone I know is going to buy elsewhere because of this “game” elder Ford is playing and it’s obvious why they aren’t considered number one any more. More

I purchased a truck here. I was charged $7000 over the price online, was $7500 for services I did not even authorize added to my loan amount. Requested $5500 in those fees b I was charged $7000 over the price online, was $7500 for services I did not even authorize added to my loan amount. Requested $5500 in those fees be reimbursed and after 30 days I am still waiting. Within my 30 days the truck needed a $5600 repair which I paid to have fixed. The dealership I went with for repairs stated you need to review that dealership for how poorly you were treated. I was only given 1 key to my truck and told an additonal one will be $480.00. I was never was given a contract to read I simply was asked to sign e documents. Please let my headache be a life lesson for you. I have a dealership that has given me a full warranty on all the repairs made to my truck and restored my faith in people doing the right thing, even when they didn't cause all the issues. I appreciated their honesty with me. My next purchase will be with the honest dealership. PLEASE avoid Elder Ford at all costs. Learn from my life lesson, you shouldn't have to learn your own life lesson. More

This dealer is “shady” you call and text to see if a vehicle is available and they tell you it is and when you drive there the vehicle it’s no t there , they sell you another one and it’s faulty and the vehicle is available and they tell you it is and when you drive there the vehicle it’s no t there , they sell you another one and it’s faulty and they said you that can’t return it that Florida doesn’t have that law that you have to choose another one . This dealership was the best dealership i’ve ever worked with. Reinaldo Duarte was an amazing salesmen, Badre Ghoumari was so respectful and knowledgeable and didn’t try to screw me over. Awesome experience I had with Elder Ford last week for my Mustang purchase. The sales person, Eli was kind enough to explain everything and the Finance Director, Nacer was the best in customer satisfaction. Mustang purchase.
