The salesman was very good to deal with, but the Finance manager/department was horrible and rude. We now are over the 30day mark for our Tag. We have called 6-7 times with no call back. Finally wife refuse manager/department was horrible and rude. We now are over the 30day mark for our Tag. We have called 6-7 times with no call back. Finally wife refuses to get off phone until she talked to someone. That lady advised us that the title work has not even been process. So we have a vehicle that is not road legal until they send another temp tag. As well as still need to process tag and title work. I will say that being in the car business myself, I would fire the finance guy that serviced us if I worked there. They have lost our business and can not give them a recommendation. This is sad, cause salesman was a nice young man. More
