The Dealership in general is a terrible place to do business with and should be truly skipped over. What’s even worse is the threatening behavior of the GM Nadi Malek. If you complain about this person business with and should be truly skipped over. What’s even worse is the threatening behavior of the GM Nadi Malek. If you complain about this person, he will instantly go to the race card and play the victim. Nadi Malek called me 6 times within 30 seconds of leaving the dealership and left a message that was completely unprofessional. After the 6th call he was blocked and Nadi decided to try to call from a different number, again that number was blocked. Then Nadi decided texting would be a good idea and decided to threaten myself and my family with lawyers as he harassed us constantly. Mr. Nadi, it is absolutely absurd and rude to do what you did and you have been reported. Your threats are heard and disgusting. Now to get to the actual dealership itself, we went there again to look at a ZDX, we never got to touch it, drive it, hear about it, or anything else. We where thrown numbers which where insane to say the least and when trying to leave we where followed to our truck by numerous sales people including the sales manager. This place seems pretty insane to work with and seeing the ratings of 1.3 on BBB and the hundreds of 1 star reviews, I am glad we will never do business here. if you buy a car and there is a problem they will not help even if it is the same day also the car they sold has tires over 6 years old that are not safe . you think when you go to a dealership you could help even if it is the same day also the car they sold has tires over 6 years old that are not safe . you think when you go to a dealership you could trust the salesman when he tells you the car went through the shop and passed inspection .Nadi, with all due respect, you knew full well I live over two hours away. Telling me to “just bring the car back” within 72 hours as if that’s a simple task is incredibly dismissive and unhelpful—especially when that policy was never mentioned during the sale or in any of our conversations afterward. Yes, the car is 12 years old and sold AS IS—but I trusted your dealership's word and inspection process, and I expected more integrity. I noticed the tapping sound within hours of buying the car and took the responsible step of contacting you right away. The issue was diagnosed the very next day and the repair estimate came in at $1,100. I didn’t demand money upfront—I gave your team the chance to make it right. Instead, you called the shop, confirmed the issue, and still chose to do nothing. This isn’t just about a repair bill—it’s about how a dealership stands behind their sales. You were more than happy to take full price for the car, but the second something went wrong, that professionalism vanished. I’m posting this so other buyers, especially those who don’t live nearby, understand what they’re walking into. Your response just proves my point—the support ends the moment the sale is final. not one person ever reached out to me about a piece of xxxx car i bought from them for almost 40k all they care about is selling you right now no after care at all i still warn everyone to steer clear from this dealer and shop at a repudiable dealer More

This was worst car buying experience of my lifetime. Picked out a car negotiated a price and was sent to lounge waiting to complete paperwork. We were never given a written breakdown of the deal. They came out periodically to try and sell us different extra warranty and packages. This was.supposed to be a certified car and eligible for lower interest rate. We submitted our loan application and the lady kept say we were still waiting on it to come back. We were there a totally of 5 1/2 hour. Finally she submitted the car certified documents to loan company and loan application was approved. At this point we still have not received a written breakdown of the deal. They now send us via emails our documents to sign using our phone. As we are going over the documents we realize the price of car was significantly higher than we agreed, The sales manager claimed they were negotiating the out the door price including our trade in value. We never saw an out the door pricing only car prices. The numbers don’t add up for out the door prices either. If that were true we would have basically negotiated A much higher price for the car than their advertised price and the price we were given originally, The math doesn’t add up. This was borderline criminal. The General Manager got involved and he was also trying to get us to pay more for car than what was negotiated.. He finally agreed to honor the deal but we decided not to purchase the car. There are no excuses for keeping someone at dealership 5 1/2 hours and not providing written breakdown of the car deal. Beware of this dealership. More

They added $4000 worth of fees( services)to the advertised online price, and I don't mean taxes and registration! Pretty shadey, but I guess they gotta pay for a Maclaren somehow!! My car purchasing experience at Acura of Orange Park was superior, Julia Berchfield was very attentive, kind and her know Nadi Malek and Bob Damelio. My car purchasing experience at Acura of Orange Park was superior, Julia Berchfield was very attentive, kind and her knowledge of all the vehicle features was top notch. I have never experienced such a relaxed atmosphere during the whole process they even provided me an excellent meal from a Spanish restaurant on the day I signed all my documents.
