Ever since the ownership change, they no longer wash vehicles or give you loaner vehicles. Meaning, you either sit and wait for your service, which could be anywhere from 1-6 hours long, or you walk aro vehicles or give you loaner vehicles. Meaning, you either sit and wait for your service, which could be anywhere from 1-6 hours long, or you walk around Everett and are subject to the byproducts of the homeless population that are visible everywhere. They will offer a Lyft ride, up to 7 miles. That’s a very small radius for anyone to go to. It’s pretty ridiculous. They started my recall assessment/repair and couldn’t finish it. So I had to bring it back. They only offer loaners for multiple day services, but it seems they will start the work to prevent having your car there for multiple days, therefore not needing to give you a loaner. More
