WHY GO ELSEWHERE? Absolutely no reason: Nada, Zip, Zero, Zilch. I have purchased a Scion xA, then a Scion xD, then a Corolla LE, and now, this week drove home in a RAV4 Absolutely no reason: Nada, Zip, Zero, Zilch. I have purchased a Scion xA, then a Scion xD, then a Corolla LE, and now, this week drove home in a RAV4 LE, all from ELK GROVE TOYOTA. That's a bunch of years worth of cars. Yep, I've talked to other dealers, but Elk Grove just has me hooked. A dealer who likes to do favors for their customers. ROMY became my friend and showed me and sold me and we took a long test drive. SAAD performed his special magic to pay off my trade-in and closed the deal. Then NAI also became my friend, wading through all future care options and the paperwork with me. And JULIE jumped through hoops for me and got DMV processed quickly so I could legally drive tonite. With all this friendly help, there's no reason to go elsewhere -- none at all. Thank you Elk Grove Toyota! You've done it again. I'm smiling! Love my new RAV4! Ellen Christine Munson More

I called first and I was informed that it was in stock, but when I arrived it wasn't on the lot. Walli, the salesperson, discovered that the car was damaged during a test drive and it was in the body shop. The first thing that came to my mind was bait and switch. However, I am certain that it was just a bit of bad luck on my part. Walli then showed me an LE Plus that was on sale for just under a thousand dollars more than the LE. However, it was silver and I did not want silver or red or white. They had an LE PLus in slate that was not on sale and Walli asked the sales manager John if I could purchase it for the sale price and he agreed. In the end, it was a win-win situation for me due to all of the extra features on the LE Plus. Since it had been a very long time since I last purchased a new car, I forgot all about the pitch for extended warranties, etc. However, there was no pressure. I purchased the alarm because it had a lifetime warranty and it worked with the existing keys. And, for the first time in my life, I purchased the protective interior and exterior coats due to my experiences with sap and other substances that ruined the paint on my Camry as well as the fact that I have twin sons... Walli and John and everyone else who helped me at Elk Grove Toyota were courteous and professional. It was a no pressure sale all around. I would purchase a car from Elk Grove Toyota again in a heartbeat. More

New Camry for wife's birthday! Went in to get a new car for my wife's birthday. Nai took excellent care of us! Spoke to him on the phone about the car I wanted and financing. Arriv Went in to get a new car for my wife's birthday. Nai took excellent care of us! Spoke to him on the phone about the car I wanted and financing. Arrived and he had the car pulled up and waiting for us. He gave us a thorough tour and we went inside his office to take care of business. He wasn't pushy and we agreed on the terms. He had all the paperwork ready and we were ready to go. Bill took care of some minor details, filled the gas up. Customer relations Bluetooth my wife's phone and gave us the run down of the features. Nai actually came out and help us take some pictures of us and our new car. He even brought us refreshments. New car buying had never been so relax and easy. Had I known it was this easy, we would have gone in earlier. Looking forward to buying our next new car from Elk Grove Toyota! More
