Hi, my name is Nai Saechao and I would like to share a little bit about myself. I love to spend time with my beautiful family and friends. My favorite pastimes are fishing and golf. I have been at Elk Grove Toyota-Scion for 3 years and I take great pride in the job I do. Being a sales person is very rewarding and I absolutely love meeting new people! Above and beyond to help me out I had already been in conversations with Jeremy via email about purchasing a new 2015 Camry. Jeremy was very no pressure and let me be the driving for I had already been in conversations with Jeremy via email about purchasing a new 2015 Camry. Jeremy was very no pressure and let me be the driving force behind the car I wanted. We had finally built and ordered my car and three days before I was to come and get my new car...my old car had a major engine malfunction and left me stranded. Jeremy and the Toyota team never skipped a beat in helping me out and providing a rental until I could get my new Camry. Once I got the new car Jeremy and the Elk Grove Toyota team didn't stop there, they made sure I was happy and taken care of days after the purchase. I will recommend everyone to them for the rest of my life, they have made a faithful customer for years to come. More

Zero Pressure and great prices My kids are all turning into adults and needing mom & dad to co-sign leases for them, and we needed a new car as well. We purchased FOUR cars this year and Elk Grove Toyota came through every time with incredible deals. We could't get approved through our Credit Union for the fourth car, but no problem at Elk Grove Toyota. Jeremy Coffelt was our sales rep and he is amazing. Ask for him by name. I've never had anyone treat me with so much respect and so little pressure. He actually talked me out of buying a car that would have been an impulse decision, but not in our family's best interest. I found out later, that particular car would have meant a lot to him because it had a special bonus attached to it. What integrity! Nai was our Finance guy and he is incredibly nice and zero pressure on all the extras that a dealership usually tries to push on you. We enjoyed visiting with him and the paperwork process was fast and seamless. I won't shop anywhere else ever again...unless of course Jeremy Coffelt moves to another dealership...he's so mild mannered and focused on the customer, it is a relief compared to the usual dealership experience. I had 200,000 miles on that vehicl I purchased my first Toyota from Florin Road Toyota in 1996. I always had my vehicle serviced by Florin Rd Toyota. I had 200,000 miles on that vehicle and sold it to a co-worker. I replaced that 1996 Toyota with a 2015 Toyota, purchased at Elk Grove Toyota, I have always received great service which is why I continue to bring my car to this dealership. I recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

Quick and easy I had a great experience! I visited at least 3 other dealerships, and ended up buying my car at the Elk Grove one! We walked in near closing time, and I had a great experience! We walked in near closing time, and we were able to get what we were looking for and they gave it to us for the price we wanted! Adel worked as quickly as he can, and Nai really worked hard on completing the paperwork quickly and efficiently. More

I contacted Scott again because last time was such a breeze and I was very satisfied with my experience. Scott again offered a very fair deal and made me feel at ease. No games, tricks or other shenanigans- just an honest deal from a nice guy. I would definitely recommend him for your car buying needs. Nai Saechao in the Finance department was also outstanding. He explained all the options in a low-pressure, friendly way. Super nice guy who helped me finish up the deal with a smile. If you work with these two gentlemen you will have a great experience! More
