We had finally built and ordered my car and three days before I was to come and get my new car...my old car had a major engine malfunction and left me stranded. Jeremy and the Toyota team never skipped a beat in helping me out and providing a rental until I could get my new Camry. Once I got the new car Jeremy and the Elk Grove Toyota team didn't stop there, they made sure I was happy and taken care of days after the purchase. Zero Pressure and great prices My kids are all turning into adults and needing mom & dad to co-sign leases for them, and we needed a new car as well. We purchased FOUR cars this year and Elk Grove Toyota came through every time with incredible deals. We could't get approved through our Credit Union for the fourth car, but no problem at Elk Grove Toyota. Jeremy Coffelt was our sales rep and he is amazing. Ask for him by name. I've never had anyone treat me with so much respect and so little pressure. He actually talked me out of buying a car that would have been an impulse decision, but not in our family's best interest. I found out later, that particular car would have meant a lot to him because it had a special bonus attached to it. What integrity! Nai was our Finance guy and he is incredibly nice and zero pressure on all the extras that a dealership usually tries to push on you. We enjoyed visiting with him and the paperwork process was fast and seamless. I won't shop anywhere else ever again...unless of course Jeremy Coffelt moves to another dealership...he's so mild mannered and focused on the customer, it is a relief compared to the usual dealership experience. More
