However, on the day that I was to come in to sign paperwork, I was taken to the hospital with covid. While in the hospital, I was in contact with Marty and the sales manager and they agreed to hold the vehicle to such a time that when I was released I could come in and do all the paperwork They held the vehicle and in fact marked it sold. I have since purchased the vehicle and couldn't be more happier on the total experience. I felt no pressure at all and was very happy that Marty kept in contact every few months to tell me inventory and specials etc. I very much appreciated that. I am 65 years old and have been purchasing new vehicles up and down California for over 45 years and this has absolutely been the easiest and best experience that I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. There are at least 4 other dealerships that are probably closer to where I live, but I will drive to Elk Grove Toyota because of the people that work there and how I was treated. So, thank you Elk Grove. You have made and old man very happy! More
