There are some good service people. The one I had Niam, he is not. Never called back and is not very friendly. He seemed very incompetent with his job. I rate him at a zero. I wish the parts had been ordered in advance - when I’d called a couple weeks before to set up the appointment I was told that the parts could be there within 48 hours – which would’ve cut this service fro called a couple weeks before to set up the appointment I was told that the parts could be there within 48 hours – which would’ve cut this service from three days to one day. Naim kept me up to date and made sure that I was able to get a rental and get home, despite the late hour, and my car sounds and feels better now that it has had the recommended maintenance. I really appreciate how he handled the situation. More

The service was a bit more than anticipated ( $720 vs. $650), and it took two trips (not just a short hop from Jericho).
