An experience out of the ordinary I came across Certified Benz & Beemer while searching for a very specific model and color of car. In that these cars are something of a rarity, it cou I came across Certified Benz & Beemer while searching for a very specific model and color of car. In that these cars are something of a rarity, it could not have been more fortuitous that this dealership was the one that had the exact car I had been looking for! But that was just the beginning. My first call was answered by Naimul "Que" Sadeque, and he was extremely helpful, courteous and precise. There was no doubt that there was no nonsense with this company. The next day I called back, but "Que" was not there that day. Danny Quintana happened to be the person I would work with, and my experience was a delight in every respect. Considering the 2175 miles that separate us between Scottsdale and Florida, Danny was responsive in all respects, and became something of a friend during the process. He facilitated the independent inspection I arranged—and the rest, as they say—is history. The deal was made; as expected, no fuss, no pressure, no misunderstandings, no misrepresentations. How often does one exit a transaction of this nature and feel NO second thoughts? Schedules allowing, I will most certainly stop by to meet Danny (and Que) and see their premises next time I am in Phoenix. Needless to say, it's not every day of the week that one would wish to personalize any transaction—usually the sale is the end of it. Danny was exceptional, however. He acted understandingly toward all my concerns, and made himself fully available at any time; he was always cheerful, accessible and straightforward. He even sent me a short video of the car after it had been fully prepped for transport. I really look forward to meeting him and thanking him in person. I haven't yet taken delivery of the car. It was just picked up today. But, you know what? I know it will meet and likely surpass every expectation. AC, St. Petersburg More
