I took my Ioniq 6 in for servicing because the FM radio stopped working. I mentioned to the service writer that the bluetooth was intermittent. When I picked up the car, the radio worked and I thought ev stopped working. I mentioned to the service writer that the bluetooth was intermittent. When I picked up the car, the radio worked and I thought everything was great. Well, now there is NO bluetooth. I called and was told that the next appointment was a month away. I then called Morries Hyundai and was able to get an appointment in about two weeks. I don't think I will be going back to your dealship. More

Treated terrible lately by receptionist and service department. They seem to not care at all anymore. So sad to say after Thousands of dollars spent there and referring people there I will now have to purchase and take my business elsewhere. Careful of their service department, as I say they don’t care and will not even return your phone calls!! More
