We just bought a new Toyota RAV4 from the Lou Fusz Dealership located at Manchester and Lindbergh. This is the fourth car we have bought from this dealership and the reason is the salesperson, Nancy Dealership located at Manchester and Lindbergh. This is the fourth car we have bought from this dealership and the reason is the salesperson, Nancy Schubert. She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and she understands what we are looking for. A long time ago, we purchased cars from other dealerships but once we found Nancy, we have come back time and time again and will continue in the future. Had an excellent experience at this dealership. In height of pandemic with inventory shortage and most dealers charging over mark up/ over MSRP, was able to buy the Toyota Camry at pre-negotiated price over of pandemic with inventory shortage and most dealers charging over mark up/ over MSRP, was able to buy the Toyota Camry at pre-negotiated price over the phone call which was sticker price minus manufacturer rebates. There were NO no-sense addendums as some other dealerships and no extravagant/exuberant processing fees. Would recommend it to anyone for sales. More

He coordinated with our credit union which we obtained our pre-approval - eliminating any hassle at closing. Has to be the simplest car-buying experience we've ever had!.
