"Misleading and incorrect infos on vehicle sold."
We bought 2018 Honda pilot touring last week. When we came to the dealership we was looking at the 2019 model and wasn't told that there are some features not available on the 2018 model compared to the 2019. We bought the 2018 model with the assumption that it would be same features as the 2019 offered. Plus there are some minor scratches on the back top bumper. This is our third vehicles purchased from Bomarito in the last 14yrs and will be the last. One positive thing is that we did like Michael Rosen as a salesman but he didn't disclose the differences from the 2 models either.

I enjoyed purchasing my 2019 Honda Odyssey at Bommarito last week all the way from the first sales call to signing on the dotted line. I dealt with three employees and all three exceeded my expectations. It really set the tone for a wonderful long-term relationship with this dealer. It is my first ever NEW car purchase (normally I buy used or Certified used) but they gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. Thanks again to everyone at Bommarito for making the car as much fun to buy as it is to drive.

Naomi is the reason for me coming into Bommarito Honda. I did a Sam's Club search and she was one of four dealers that replied. She sent the requested information. I then replied to all four that my internet to purchase was not for a few months. Naomi was the only one that replied to my email with additional info and requested my phone number to discuss further and put me in touch with a sale associate. Had she not gone the extra step, that no one else took, I wouldn't be purchasing from Bommarito. When we spoke she advised me of the Memorial Day sale, I then advised why my purchase time was as it is. She then set me up with Sam Martin to meet and review my needs. Being a retired sales proffesional myself for over 15 years, I recognize and know true sales people with their customers interest in mind. I found her to be an outstanding sales person and a true asset to The Bommarito team.
Sam Martin is a true professional. He explained the difference in the trims of the CR-V's I'm looking to purchase, let me text drive them all while knowing I'm not purchasing for a few months. Without any reservations I will purchase from Sam and Bommarito Honda.

I worked with Walter Bernard and Namoi Barbour. Naomi answered my questions and they both made it an incredibly easy buying experience. Walter quoted me the best price and secured the car I wanted quickly. Today when I picked up my car it was a wonderful experience and Walter spent a a great deal of time walking me through all of its features etc. Michael was my finance person and he was wonderful to work with as well. Overall would highly recommend this dealership.
Straight forward pricing and no pressure environment. Walter was great answering questions and being helpful as I considered the purchase. Great overall experience. I will be back when I am ready for my next Honda.
