Your service department is the best I've encountered over the years. Specifically, my service advisor - Phil Crabtree is by far the "best of the best". I was surprised that there was no car wash included when the car was returned to me. I have always received a clean vehicle when it returns from the dealership service department. Natalie, the service agent the car was returned to me. I have always received a clean vehicle when it returns from the dealership service department. Natalie, the service agent, was great though and explained everything to me. Having some phone chargers near or at the seats (like they now have at most airports) would be super appreciated for those customers who choose to wait for their vehicles. The coffee bar was nice. More
