Will Tucker was great as usual - no surprise there. Although I couldn't get the Pilot, I am surprisingly very happy with the Passport. My family love it as well. I love the fact that I can always contact my dealer regarding any concerns that I might have even after purchase. Gary's nice with a dry sense of humor. Their tech guy is great as well, he goes above and beyond to help with any tech concerns or issues. Rabi Khan has some tech knowledge as well and is also helpful whether or not your his client. It's a nice clean atmosphere. I recommend them. More

I first went to this dealership in july of 2021 and purchased honda crv 2021. I found the service at this dealer to be very proffessional and friendly. So much so that I recommended my son to this de purchased honda crv 2021. I found the service at this dealer to be very proffessional and friendly. So much so that I recommended my son to this dealership after he ask me to follow him to a used car dealership where the cars were grossly overpriced. The very next day at the end of his visit to Honda of Valley Stream he walked away with a 2022 honda civic sport. Lets not forget Sue the super friendly and helpful Allstate Agent who provided him with a great insurance package. The manager, Willie Mejia, is very unprofessional. He was combative and dismissive. I shouldve listened to all the hundreds of yelp reviews warning about not going to this service center.
