Natasha turned the chore of buying a car into a pleasure. I stopped by the dealership to look at new Accords. I had a basic idea of what I wanted. But, not enough knowledge about all the features on the different models to make up my mind. I was greeted by Natasha, who was very friendly. She took the time to explain the differences between all the models and the features they offer. We sat in a few and then I test drove the one that had the features I wanted and that fit into my budget. She was not pushy at all and didn't try to up-sell my on a higher trim package. Which I found refreshing. When it came time to purchase the vehicle she explained each step very thoroughly. The whole process was very quick and painless. She is very knowledgeable and I really did feel that she made me, the customer, her #1 priority. I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends and will buy from her again in the future. More
