We looking at the 2019 crv and John gave us the information. Because we are asking the out of door price to be $29000 which John says too low. So we left but on our way home, John called us saying we can have the deal if we bring the document showing we have a vehicle of other brand and is 2009 or over. So we came today again. As John was not there, Natasha Parsard took us. My wife wanted to see the 2020 models too, so we spent some time with that model. Finally, we picked the 2019, then Natasha said the price is 29740. I told her we and John agreed to 29000. She had to ask the manager, when she came back, she said going to honor 29000 as it was approved by the other manager. And that manager was fired on Wednesday as he did not know how to do business. So when my wife knew that the mileage on that vehicle is 60+ so she asked whether there is others that have lower mileage. She came back after checking said the other is 150+. But when I looking at your wedsite just now, there are several of the similar color sitting in the lot. Quite honest! Then Mr Kevin Ferguson, the big manager showed up, he kept cut in when we talked. He turned ugly when my wife asking to have half hours to discuss with friends. Even more, when my wife"s friend called her, he said he only allowed her to talk 5 minutes otherwise the deal is off. Of course the dealt is off because he wants to blow it off as the price 29000 is too low that he cannot make good money. Thank you for the good customer service More

My husband and I went car shopping recently and we decided to purchase a Honda. We were very fortunate that Criswell Honda is open on Sundays. We needed to replace our vehicle that was recently totaled so this experience was extra important to us. Natasha came up to us as she was first getting to work as we showed up at the dealership when they first opened. I haven’t bought a car in several years so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Natasha was so incredibly helpful and so easy to work with. We found two Civics that we liked and Natasha explained both vehicles to us very thoroughly. We took both cars on test drives so we could do a comparison. We ended up deciding on the 2020 Honda Civic EX which met all our needs. Natasha went above and beyond to get us a fair price and she was very knowledgeable . She went over all of the features of the car we decided to purchase. The whole experience was excellent and we never felt pressured at all. It was the most relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. Even when we met with Kolo, the Finance Manager, the great experience continued. He was friendly and professional and he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. It was so pleasant working with both Natasha and Kolo and we have already been recommending Criswell Honda to friends and family. This has been an amazing experience and we love our car. Natasha gave the best pricing in writing upfront for the 2020 vehicle, which was even better than all of the price quotes that I received for the 2019 vehicle. I knew I have received the best deal, especially that it was right up front. When Natasha knew that we have a baby with us during the purchase process and understanding how stressful it may be, she proactively provided as much information that I could complete prior to arriving at the dealer, that shows kindness and caring. We felt so comfortable being at the dealer and completing the purchase process with Natasha. Natasha provided a quick, lowest/competitive quote for the exact model of CR-V we wanted. Natasha was professional, personable, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Car technology has changed a lot since we last bought our 2009 Accord. She clearly “demoed” key features of the CR-V. She patiently walked us thru entire process; answering all our questions. In the end, we decided to buy the CR-V. Natasha explained current competitive financing options and turned us over to Mahaman to finalize the purchase/registration/finance process. He presented possible add-ons/accessories to consider; without any pressure to buy. When leaving, Natasha took the time to set up a number of key features/settings to “personalize” the CR-V for us.
