My experience was much different than any other car shopping experience. Lenny was nice but seemed like he didn't want to be there or even wanted to be selling me a car to be honest. Questions that we asked about numbers (interest rate price...) he didn't know and got more frustrated. Which wasn't fully his fault due to the finance part being at the other location. To ask him to explain stuff just seems to tick him off more. In the end his manager came down from other location to take over and explain it all in detail to me. Lenny became very unprofessional at that point due to he was already suppose to be leaving by then. After all was said and done I finally had to ask to test drive the car. I feel the car sales part is kind of left on its own which seems to frustrate the people there. I think it would be alot easier if a finance person was at that building. I did not like how I wasn't given any options on a car at all. You can't tell me out of all the cars they have only one works for me. I felt extremely rushed and a bother through the whole thing. The one good thing was I was given a loaner car till the car I bought was ready. If it wasn't for my car being so bad and unsafe to drive I would have gone somewhere else to get a car. I bought a car here in 2019 also. It went get and smooth. But now after this visit I would not recommend this place to anyone and I won't be getting a car here again. In the end I did get a vehicle with less interest with help from a family member helping talk to them but like I said above the experience could have been alot better. More
