Terrible customer service!Via email I asked this Terrible customer service! Via email I asked this dealership for a quote and if they accepted the GM supplier discount. The salesperson then forwarde Terrible customer service! Via email I asked this dealership for a quote and if they accepted the GM supplier discount. The salesperson then forwarded to the manager and the manager replied yes we do accept that discount. So at this stage I was happy with the customer service but that’s when it all ended. After getting this conformation I simply just asked if they could give me a quote with the above discount and they just kept giving me excuses on why they couldn’t give me the quote and I should come in. After explaining that I couldn’t come in because of work and family commitments and I just would like to buy it online they then came back and told me that the car is not available and I cannot order one. Then a couple of days later another salesman told me I could order it so I asked him for a quote with the discount they said they would take and once again he refused and just sent me a full MSRP quote. I replied what about the discount and he or anyone from Rivard have not responded which was two days ago. This is a prime example of why car salesman have such bad reputations. They tell you what ever you want to hear to get you to come in only to learn they were full of BS I will never buy a car from this dealership and recommend that you don’t either unless you want the same experience. More
