Our salesman, Alejandro, was very pleasant to work with. He was courteous, answered our questions in a timely fashion and got answers if he didn’t know the answer. It made the experience pleasant. I would also like to add thanks to the service department for allowing me to tie up one of their lifts to do an inspection of the underside of my car. Thank you very much! One note of criticism, our deal was a “cash” deal-no financing involved, which I had made clear from first contact. Once a price was agreed upon, paperwork started to appear, and at one point I was asked to sign the back of a credit application “just to get my information down”. That shouldn’t have been even asked, and to make it VERY clear, it was not Alejandro that asked that to be done. We did however, have to go to a local bank to get the cash together, as Royal Moore’’s policy will not accept a debit card transaction for a full purchase price, and no other accommodation could be made without a credit application being filled out. Slightly inconvenient, but it worked out in the end. More

Vanessa in sales and Nate in finance were professional, polite, patient and informative. I came there to look into a Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. However, after sitting in one and test driving a Tacoma Off Road vehicle it just didn't fit me as far as comfort, feel and space. They then suggested the Tundra and immediately it was I was looking for. They were not pushy and I could have walked out at any time with no hard feelings. Mr. Taylor was rude, not forthright. We were paying cash for the auto. Their contract states they are not allowed to charge more than $115.00 for processing fees on an all cash transaction. They were charg for the auto. Their contract states they are not allowed to charge more than $115.00 for processing fees on an all cash transaction. They were charging us more with a processing fee of $150.00 and an inflated cost for registering title and new plates, which we had the right to waive all costs associated with registering title and new plates because we were paying cash. We were not informed of this right. Our trade-in was valued at $250.00 and he sarcastically said we could give it to him for free when we questioned the low value. We were being nickled and dimed and the math did not add up. The whole experience was insulting! In the end they refused to sell us the car. They said it just wasn't a good experience for them. I have to say that is a first!! We left and went to Beaverton Toyota a couple miles down the road. Bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla IM, paid cash, completed a trade-in and paid $1,000 less than Royal Moore's deal and got a car a year newer with warranties included. Royal Moore did us a favor! I now know you can buy a car from a dealership that treats you with respect, while managing a favorable deal for both parties. A car purchase can be done with a professionalism that leaves you feeling good about doing business.... all in a timely manner. Thanks Royal Moore! More
