St. Cloud Toyota is the best of the best in every respect. We recently purchased two new vehicles at St. Cloud Toyota. Just had the first complimentary service at 5000 miles on one of the two. In respect. We recently purchased two new vehicles at St. Cloud Toyota. Just had the first complimentary service at 5000 miles on one of the two. In and out in under one hour. 100% professional service writer and tech. There was a condition printout provided and the tech even provided a narrated video of the underside of the truck. That was a new one for me. We also have a Lexus that is serviced at Lexus of Wayzata. Lexus of Wayzata is a 10 but St. Cloud Toyota is a 12. They even provided a complimentary carwash. More

I was waiting for 1. 5 hours before I went up to ask what was taking so long. People that had come in after me were leaving before me. I was told they were running a recal 5 hours before I went up to ask what was taking so long. People that had come in after me were leaving before me. I was told they were running a recall update on my car and it would be another 20 minutes and was quickly dismissed. Another hour passed and I again asked about the status of my car. They were still working on my update. I was not once approached and updated on how long this was going to take. After another 45 minutes, they finally offered me a rental car. My car was at the dealership half the day. My time was not considered at all during this day. I am thankful I did not have anything planned that day because my car was held at the dealership half the day without anyone approaching me to update me. More
