In and out in under one hour. 100% professional service writer and tech. There was a condition printout provided and the tech even provided a narrated video of the underside of the truck. That was a new one for me. We also have a Lexus that is serviced at Lexus of Wayzata. Lexus of Wayzata is a 10 but St. Cloud Toyota is a 12. They even provided a complimentary carwash. More
