Manager Derek Munro is personable and always ready to make sure you leave there completely satisfied without exception. Nathan Haugh in service is always there to answer any questions I may have about my vehicle and gets me service appointments in a effortless and timely manner. Last but not least my sales specialist, Paige Babcock went above and beyond getting me quickly in a new lease and I have to say it was the best experience I have had so far with Mercedes. Her flawless professionalism combined with her good natured personality was refreshing and it made my experience all the better! Kudos to Mercedes-Benz of Lynnfiekd for having such dedicated and professional staff! More

Disrespectful, lying, sarcastic I am disgusted with the level of service I received from Flagship motor cars of Lynnfield. I usually go to Burlington but decided to try Lynnfield sin I am disgusted with the level of service I received from Flagship motor cars of Lynnfield. I usually go to Burlington but decided to try Lynnfield since it was closer to my home (big mistake). My experience was with Nathan Haugh (service manager) and Grace (service coordinator).Here is what happened. One of my tires is loosing air. I either needed it replaced or plugged. - I was constantly told I could not have a valet ride because my service would only be 45 minutes. I was also told that no valet was available and then when telling them I would get a taxi and that they were being ridiculous, one was readily available (they lied) -I was told 20 minutes for a pickup valet, and when I called after 20 minutes, they told me it would be an additional 30 mins (I was 3 miles down the road). If it wasn't for Grace's extreme attitude and lack of compassion, I probably would not be writing this. - When I arrived back after taking a TAXI, I heard another women in the waiting room complaining about the service she received as well. -Nathan was extremely disingenuous/sarcastic and told me to have a "happy afternoon". -The valet guy was hanging around doing nothing when I came back. I truly feel like Nathan and Grace told me no to the valet or told me it was going to be a while because they were getting a rise out of me. I was not wrong to be upset. I have been with BMW Peabody and Burlington Mercedes (Both Lyon-Waugh) for years; and they both have provided valet cars and even loaner vehicles if I needed them for express services. They would HAPPILY give me a ride anywhere for as long as I can remember..even when I was not old enough to take a loaner vehicle.They never treated me differently or with disrespect. If I had one positive thing to say about this dealership it was the valet gentleman who drove me the first time. He was extremely kind and treated me so nicely. I wish I knew his name. Otherwise, Flagship motorcars of Lynnfield put such a bad taste in my mouth, I would not even consider going to ANY Herb Chambers dealerships ever again. I will be spreading the word to my many friends and family as well. I hope upper management sees this so they can address the disrespect their service employees have to customers and figure out their policies on valet services and loaner vehicles. More

Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking delivery of my new vehicle, This is my eighth vehicle purchase over many years. I must say that this experience was the best. From the leadership and client interaction of Paul McDaniels to the follow up of Julia Papagno and Suada Kolenovic the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Complete Satisfaction Purchased two vehicles in the month of August. Could not have been more comfortable through out the entire process. Worked with Joe Daroie initially however it was more of a team/family atmosphere. The minute I sat With Joe I knew i was purchasing a vehicle from him. His personality and demeanor was overwhelming. His knowledge of all of the products that Flaggship offered was amazing. Once the deal was finalized Joe made the delivery process of the vehicle to my wife an exciting event! My incredible experience did not stop there. I was introduced to the finance staff, sales staff as well as service writers and service manager, Each person offering their assistance to myself and my wife whenever we had a need to be at the dealership. The only Place to go! I have been buying cars from flagship in lynnfield for over 10 years . This is my 4th vehicle from them! I cannot say enough about the staff. Gil in finance makes the process a breeze. They truly treat me like family! I would reccomend them to everyone. The whole process is actually fun and not stressful at all! After I purchased the car Suada even stayed late to go through all the features on my new coupe! I love this dealership and the people who work here are the reason I will never go anywhere else! More

The entire service rep staff is top notch. Grace was the service rep on my first purchase from Flagship. I was pleased to find that the other reps I have dealt with on my next few purchases; Al and Nate, were every bit as personal, professional and committed to customer satisfaction as Grace. Management deserves much credit for hiring these great staffers and maintaining the culture. More

I continue to work with Joe for our purchases or leases. I continue to work with Nathan for our service and has given my wife and I a 10 plus service rating continuously and now I wish to thank Suada who has not been there long but hope she stays at this dealership for our future help as she took the time to help my wife with her new vehicle purchase and than took the time to answer my questions in my car. this dealership makes my experience perfect everytime we are there and thanks to all 3 team members I will continue my purchase or lease and service at flagship. This is endorsement of the highest degree for Paige Babcock my sales representative at Flagship. This is also not the only Mercedes I have purchased at Flagship. It is however my first experience in dealing with Paige as my prior representative had retired. Paige is a wonderful representative of Flagship and I highly recommend her to any reader of this review for the following reasons. From the very beginning of our sales relationship, Paige was a great listener. While she helped me to define my interests, she offered all sorts of options and explained differences between the various things I thought I wanted in my new purchase. She never tired or tried to sway me into anything that was inconsistent with what I was asking to purchase. It doesn't seem like much of a difference but it is a quality and distinction difference from the typical stereotyped car salesperson found mostly everywhere in the auto industry. If you are on the buyer side of a car purchase, you know exactly what I am describing here. I was always made aware of any promotion that may have been a financial advantage to me. She questioned things she didn't think I understood and continued to be sure I was comfortable in the final choices. I was not an easy sell and I changed my mind many times. It could have made most seller very frustrated but not Paige. We discussed all sorts of options relating to new and pre-owned vehicles. She informed me of advantages to various financial purchase options. She remained patient as I changed my mind and caused her more work in finding exactly what I was looking for at the time. When I made my final choice we had covered several months in time. Then the process of preparing the car for sale. This went along beautifully. Justin helped me understand purchase options. He did a great job and I never felt pressured even as he was doing his job making sure I fully understood the options. Paige followed up on the physical preparation of the new car. So, when I picked up the car it was flawless. The transaction was quickly completed by Flagship. Paige introduced me to Paul one of Paige's managers. He assured me that Flagship would take care of any problems I might encounter to include an option to change my mind on the sale. Very pleasant gentleman. Then I drove away in my new ride. Paige has checked in on me several times since the purchase just making sure everything is fine....and it is. Thank you Paige and Flagship. More
