This might be a bit odd of a review because I never actually made it in to the dealership. I live in DFW area. I was looking at a 2017 MB GLC300 on Auto Trader. I spoke with Nathan Lovell at length ab actually made it in to the dealership. I live in DFW area. I was looking at a 2017 MB GLC300 on Auto Trader. I spoke with Nathan Lovell at length about it. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about it, its features and packages. He sent me a list of its factory features ant the copy of the window sticker. He did a walk around, made a video of the car also and sent it. We talked on the phone several times, he’s very responsive. I was all set to come up on Saturday and buy it. I even had my trade in sold to a willing neighbor (06 Suburban). Unfortunately, I was trying to buy the car for my wife. She wanted one of these and we had test driven a GLC300 several months ago. When I told her what I wanted to do on this one she didn’t want to go back into car payments at this time. So I’m going to have to hold off for now, but I’d like to give Nathan an Attaboy and five stars for his customer service. Thank you. Joe Alexander. More

My salesman Jeremy Geiger was great to work with throughout the very quick process. I did not have to spend hours at the dealership to complete the purchase, which was great. Jeremy did everything he said he would with regards to the vehicle and the transaction. He answered my calls and texts promptly. I did purchase the car, a Porsche Cayenne, and am very pleased with my purchase and the purchase process. Jeremy, Nathan (one of the other salesman) and others at the dealership have called to check on me after my purchase and I have dropped by the dealership with questions and everyone is so very helpful. This is my second car purchase at Jackie Cooper and I would definitely purchase there again. I would also recommend Jeremy to others. More

One issue, when I purchased the car it had 32417 miles. When I picked it up the next day, there were 118 additional miles that were not accounted for. I have not spoken to them about this as I'm sure there is NO EXPLANATION. My guess, someone drove thr car after I purchased it, asked for it to not be driven, it obviously was. More
