I worked with Stephanie and she was fantastic. I purchased a 2021 Atlas. She was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to get answers to every question we had. As this was a big purchase for us we wanted to make sure we were in good hands. I will say this was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. She kept us informed and her communication were great! We left there feeling very good about our purchase. The only downfall which was a concern before purchasing the vehicle was the break pads which when I test drove I felt like the breaks were a little funky. But it all passed the Certified pre owned inspection … The service tech manager reinsured us there was still 50% life left. But I only had the vehicle 9 days and had to replace the break pads because they were grinding which was upsetting to me with such an expensive purchase of the vehicle. I also noticed a chip on the windshield when I got home from the dealership which I had to get repaired immediately. I would still purchase from them again because Stephanie was so great and everyone was very nice. I just have more experience now and would definitely request new breaks before purchasing. More

Though communication was appreciated with follow up from supper visits when I was waiting for responses, overall the expense was chaotic, unclear, misstep after misstep, and acknowledgement of their missteps and apologies, but left me with a bad taste and overall frustrated by how much was missed but for my ridiculous amount of having to be so thorough. Car buying is always difficult, and then I had the distance and all the components I have no control over, but even their normal processes having nothing to do with my distance left me confused and frustrated. Multiple calls and mailings and corrections to get the car delivered smoothly. I did very much appreciate Scott’s outreach and follow up to make things right. And the car has so far been great, though still some mysterious sounds I’ll be taking to VW with my CPO. More
