Buying experience seemed flawless. There were some issues with the car the dealership promised to take care of before we drove off the lot. We were told to give them 2-3 days. 5 days l There were some issues with the car the dealership promised to take care of before we drove off the lot. We were told to give them 2-3 days. 5 days later we were told it was ready to go. Arrived to pick up the car, nothing had been done. Tires bad, windshield wipers bad, inter fender liners hanging/installed with self tapping screws. The car has been back to the dealership twice for repairs which were promised as stated BEFORE WE DROVE OFF THE LOT. Car didn’t even lock. Almost a full month later and now we have to re-sign paperwork because financing never went through due to price. No one called to inform us. Salesman blames service, service blames financing. It’s a whole mess and a lot of excuses. More

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. The problem really started once I arrived which was the first sign, but after some dealing took place I did purchase. They agreed to have the car det The problem really started once I arrived which was the first sign, but after some dealing took place I did purchase. They agreed to have the car detailed and delivered, once delivered the inside was still very dirty. I had to drive 45 plus min back to dealership to have vehicle cleaned and was under the impression the floor mats were ready and they weren’t. Fast forward to months later get a call from service department about my parts being ready. Some were from a recall some apparently not. Salesperson claims to have no knowledge of this!! It’s been months and my car still hasn’t been serviced!! Do not purchase from here!! More

SERVICE Quick and easy service I did not have to wait long.
