The entire team at Audi Devon is extremely professional. I brought my 2023 Q7 in for a regular service appointment a couple of months ago and worked with Doug in service. Doug and I both thought this would I brought my 2023 Q7 in for a regular service appointment a couple of months ago and worked with Doug in service. Doug and I both thought this would take a week or two, but it ended up taking a bit more time due to parts not being available. During this ENTIRE time, AUDI provided me with a Q7 loaner for our family and Doug consistently gave us updates. After some back and forth with Doug and the service team, I was told it was going to be a bit more time and I requested to possibly look for a new car. They also agreed and made the process easy. I worked with Audi Devon and VOLKSWAGEN Group of America, Inc. to repurchase my current car, and help me locate a 2024 SQ7 in the exact configuration we were looking for. The communication throughout this process was extremely professional and the result was great for all involved. I can't recommend them enough. More
