Pleasant and Painless I took my A6in for repair after getting a warning signal. After learning the extent of work it would need, I decided to look at either buying or l I took my A6in for repair after getting a warning signal. After learning the extent of work it would need, I decided to look at either buying or leasing a new Audi. The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable and walk me through both scenarios of purchase or lease. I test drove a Q5 and an A4 and decided to lease the Q5. My over all experience was excellent especially given the fact, I had no intention of buying a new car when waking up that morning! More

A Great Car Buying Experience Anthony Sam was a great sales representative to work with. He is patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent such that when I finally visited the dealership for a test drive 75% of the deal was already worked out. Anthony also gave me a thorough review of the car and a very good test drive on some country roads. Manager Frank Kopervos gave me a very attractive price on the car and Nathan Weisser found me a optimum low financing rate. There was no high pressure to buy add on dealership products. The dealership physically is a very pleasant place to spend time and everyone was friendly and helpful. During preparation of the car for me Anthony noticed some minor damage to the alloy wheels and subsequently scheduled a service at my convenience to repair them. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership. An employee drove to my home, left a loaner A4, and then drove the car back to the dealership for the repairs and will return the car. That to me is amazing service. More

Pulling in, your name flashes on the large screen and you are warmly greeted by the service staff. I've never waited more than 30 seconds to talk with a service member. Getting a part could not be easier and faster and on several occasions they have serviced or fixed my car while I waited. Not to mention, they have a very cool coffee/cappuccino maker that cranks out a tasty beverage! By far the best service department I have ever worked with. More
