The second salesperson, Dane, just wasn't a good fit with our personalities. We liked Gina. We were disappointed with the way the sales process was handled. The car came with summer tires and we asked for them to be swapped out with all-season tires. When the transaction was completed, the tires weren't in fact swapped out, but we were instead expected to buy the all season tires in addition to the summer tires. More

The inventory beyond the dealership for the color and packages I wanted for an A4, my first interest as a replacement for my 2017 A4, was lacking in the number of available cars up and down the east coast, but the A5 I ultimately bought was on the lot! Note: The A5 is not as smooth a driving experience as the A4; it's very noticeable, especially since the driving performance was why I have stayed with Audi, The reason may have to do with the 18" tires. I don't suppose there are any alternatives at this point. So while the color and shape of the car are great, the ride, while not bad, is disappointing. Reviews online do not say anything about this, but perhaps as more reviewers compare the A5 to the A4, more will point this out. It's a not entirely settled experience on the road, no matter how smooth the road. Do 17" tires work on the A5? Would they make a difference? Thank you. More
