The first one, who we met with in January, did not follow up as promised to let us know when the 2019 models were available. The second salesperson, Dane, just wasn't a good fit with our personalities. We liked Gina. We were disappointed with the way the sales process was handled. The car came with summer tires and we asked for them to be swapped out with all-season tires. When the transaction was completed, the tires weren't in fact swapped out, but we were instead expected to buy the all season tires in addition to the summer tires. More
