Karl Was very helpful and very professional throughout all facets of the selection, purchase and delivery process. We even made a last minute change regarding the vehicle equipment and Karl was very accommodating with this as well - something I suspect most dealerships would not be. We picked up the car late one evening (because of our schedules) and even after the dealership was getting ready to close Karl cheerfully insisted on spending plenty of time with us to make sure we understood exactly how everything works. Other staff was great as well, including Nathan in Finance who led us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The dealership is beautiful and we fully expect to return for service. Five Stars for sure!! More
