Theo & the team @ BMW of Shrewsbury sent a car service to pick me up from the office to retrieve my car & when the driver dropped me off in front, there it was my car & all of its non Porsche glory parked in the bay facing me ready to be driven. unless your buying a brand new vehicle they don't care about the sale. I purchased a used SUV- was told breaks were new and every concern my husband and I had would be addressed. That was not the case. On about the sale. I purchased a used SUV- was told breaks were new and every concern my husband and I had would be addressed. That was not the case. Once I purchased the vehicle, it had to go back not once but twice because they would not replace the breaks all around. They assured me that the noise and griding would stop after they replaced the front breaks. It did not. Therefore the vehicle had to go back for another day leaving my family with one vehicle yet again. They incorrectly replaced the bumper and when I told them about it they completely neglected it and assured me that the noise my bumper makes is "very normal and everything is intact" which it is not. I ended up paying out of pocket for fixing their mistake. I was also told I would receive touch up paint as the vehicle is used and has some knicks in the paint- totally fine by me we knew we would be buying used- but never received said touch up paint and ended up buying this again out of pocket. communication was painful to say the least. The receptionist hardly acknowledges you when you walk it. It took me multiple days to receive any sort of communication with my sales man.I would not recommend coming here unless you plan on buying new. And bring a man with you. They seemed to question everything twice simply because I am a female that knows what I am talking about. More
