This is the second time this year that I had to have a part special ordered and the second time I wasn’t notified the part was in. First time I received a postcard that my part would be returned to invent part special ordered and the second time I wasn’t notified the part was in. First time I received a postcard that my part would be returned to inventory if I didn’t pick it up but of course I hadn’t been told it was in. This trip after waiting 3 weeks I emailed my salesman and he replied that the part was in. Again, no call. After service was complete (this was on the Onstar module) I checked the app to make sure all was well. Found an error with the transmission system. Glad I called back so that could get fixed so I didn’t have to sit and wait for that repair. Very seriously considering taking my service work elsewhere. More
