I drove down from Tampa to look at a car. I reached out to three different client agents who reached out to me by email. Not one of the three came outside on that lot to work with me. This lack of action was unprofessional, disrespectful, and flat out bull----! Ms. Nay showed up and answered my questions. She took care of me and my spouse. I was going to leave and go back to Riverview/Tampa but, she changed my mind. The service she provided and her knowledge on the process of purchasing a car was superb. She is clearly operating at a managerial level and not that of a Client Agent. I cannot say as much as I would like because I'm limited by this survey. What I can say she is family now. We'll be back when I purchase another car. She's the only one we will work with. That's how good she is at her job. More
