NayColl and Pete wasted my time twice over a simple panel on the side of the passenger seat. Pete promised a loner which he didn't deliver. I came in to drop it off. He wanted me to wait 2 or 3 hours to get it fixed. Offered a ride home. I wasn't going home had a few things to do. Got a sick wife who can't be driving ne around. Still need the panel. Waiting for mr cash to call to arrainge a home visit by your service guys. Never heard from Cameron. Why didn't he call instead of Pete or NayColl? My wife suggested i sell the car back to you which I am considering. More

One of the best dealer experiences I've had in the 50 years I've been buying cars. Very customer focused and easy to do business with. Kudos to the entire team at BMW of Sarasota for making my car buying experience exceptional. My salesperson, NayColle Wright, was a joy to work with (my second purchase with her!). Her attention to detail and followup is outstanding, and Nay went out of her way to assure my custom buitl M340i was extra special right down to decorating it with a bow and ribbon on the hood upon delivery! My thanks also to Pete Mishos for his genuine caring for the customer, Product Genius Nicole Fiore for her persistence in getting my car's technology setup to my preferences and Hassan El Hakim for his knowledge and guidance during the financing stage. Now looking forward to enjoying my ultimate driving machine after an ultimate buying experience. More
